1. Agreement to terms

By accessing the REYVIVR website (the "Site") or purchasing any REYVIVR product (the "Products"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase the Products.

2. Not medical advice

REYVIVR is a food supplement, not a medicine. Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition, including alcohol-related illness. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have any medical condition.

3. Responsible use

REYVIVR does not prevent intoxication, lower blood alcohol concentration, or make it safe to drive, operate machinery, or consume alcohol in excess. Drink responsibly and follow local laws. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose stated on the pack.

4. Pre-orders, pricing & shipping

Pre-orders are charged at the time of purchase and shipped once stock is available. Estimated ship dates are indicative and may change. Prices, flavours and pack sizes may be updated without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order at our discretion.

5. Limited liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REYVIVR, its founders, employees, suppliers and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or the Products, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any and all claims arising from or relating to the Site or the Products shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Product giving rise to the claim in the six (6) months preceding the event. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

6. No warranties

The Site and the Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to formulate effective, high-quality products, we make no guarantee that the Products will achieve any specific result for you, including hangover relief, hydration, energy, focus or anxiety reduction. Individual results vary.

7. Allergens & ingredients

Always check the ingredient list on the pack before use. Stop use and seek medical attention if you experience any adverse reaction. We are not responsible for reactions resulting from undisclosed allergies or failure to read the label.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including the REYVIVR name, logo, copy, imagery and design, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use any of it without our prior written permission.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site or purchase of Products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
